"To provide the highest standard of care to our patients and families through innovative therapy techniques and play-based intervention. Our goal is to empower kids to reach their potential and true strength through the power of play." At PlayStrong, we provide individualized treatment plans for children of all ages. We are knowledgeable in the latest treatment methods for the child with developmental delays, mobility deficits, feeding difficulties and sensory processing disorders. Our team works collaboratively to make sure our kids learn and grow through play! We now offer Aquatic Therapy in an indoor heated pool. Physical Therapy: PT focuses on gross motor skills, including crucial developmental abilities such as learning to walk, run and jump. Interventions used by our PTs include: Custom Orthotics and Serial Casting in clinic, Kinesio Taping, Toe Walking, Torticollis Treatment. Occupational Therapy: OT helps the child with activities of daily living such as dressing, brushing teeth, and tying shoes. Our therapists assist children with sensory processing disorders and handwriting difficulties. OT treatment modalities we offer include: Therapuetic Listening, Sensory Diets, ADL Training, Fine Motor Coordination and Reflex Integration. Speech Therapy: ST aids the child in acquiring and understanding language, working on word articulation and problem solving. Our speech pathologists treat disorders including: Speech Sound Delays, Apraxia, Listening/Speaking Language Problems, Stuttering and Feeding/Swallowing Problems. We're one of NWAs only outpatient VitalStim Therapy providers.
