Thursdays • 6–7 PM | 6-Week Series

A weekly movement class designed to help the body unwind, release, and restore through guided fascia-focused movement, live drumming, and deep rest.

We’ll begin with structured, intentional movement (similar to yoga), using specific maneuvers, gentle pulsing, and breath to help the fascia unwind tension and restore ease of movement.

Live drumming will support embodied movement, and we’ll close with restorative yoga to integrate and rest.

✨ All levels welcome
✨ No experience needed
