Psyche NWA will be closed Thursday and Friday. We are spending time with our families; many of you have probably heard our provider mention her excitement to take her daughters to the zoo.
A reminder that nervous system resets don’t have to be complicated, sometimes it’s fresh air, laughter, and time together.

Grateful for the small moments that remind me why this work matters.

Today, a patient gifted me these beautiful flowers, such a thoughtful gesture that didn’t go unnoticed. In mental health, we often sit with heavy emotions, hard stories, and quiet battles… but moments like this are gentle reminders of connection, trust, and healing.

Finding the positive, even in the smallest ways, is part of the journey, for both my patients and myself.
