🚨 🐱 TODAY, A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS 🐱 🚨

Today, our new brand goes live - online and at our Springfield, Missouri flagship location.

As we celebrate 25 years of incredible memories, we’re proud to officially introduce our refreshed name and look:

Incredible Food & Fun.

This moment is the result of a full year of listening, learning, and collaboration.
This isn’t a quick change.
And it’s definitely not something we decided on our own.

Over the past year, we’ve worked alongside our guests, family friends, loyal vendors, and community partners. We’ve conducted blind surveys, patron surveys, industry surveys, honestly, we surveyed the heck out of our guests! Most importantly, we partnered closely with our internal team, the people who bring this place to life every single day.

What we’ve learned shapes everything you see today.

Many guests tell us they love us, but that our old name didn’t fully reflect the experience. We were called Incredible Pizza, yet we’ve always been so much more than pizza.

We’re known for food and fun.
For birthdays, celebrations, family traditions, and memories that span generations.
For being the place parents remember growing up, and now bring their kids to.

That’s why Incredible Food & Fun matters.
It honors where we’ve been while clearly expressing who we are today, and where we’re going next.

Alongside this refresh, we’re excited to introduce a new member of our family:
🐱 Rusty the Cool Cat.
Rusty brings energy, personality, and a little playful chaos. He’s part of the story we’re beginning to tell, with more friends joining him over time. (More about him coming soon!)

This brand refresh isn’t happening overnight. You’ll see it roll out intentionally and thoughtfully, staying true to who we are while building toward the future.

We are a family-run company.
We take pride in listening to our guests.
And we couldn’t be more excited to welcome families and friends as we build the next 25 years of Incredible Food & Fun - together.

🐱 Meet Rusty the Cool Cat 🐱
Every great mascot has a story. Rusty has two.

Long ago, back in the rock ’n’ roll days of the 1950s - between a glowing fairground Ferris wheel and an old-school roller rink, there stood a lively diner filled with music, laughter, and energy.

That’s where Rusty’s story begins.

In our brand world, Rusty is a clever orange tabby with rhythm in his paws and curiosity in his whiskers. He learns music from jukebox repairmen, races kids down the counter on roller skates, sneaks into go-karts when no one’s looking, and charms everyone he meets with his cool-cat grin.

One night, inspired by the lights and the joy around him, Rusty has a big idea:

What if there was one place where all the fun lived together?
Games. Food. Rides. Lights. Music.

That search leads him right here, to Incredible Food & Fun, where he becomes the official host of fun, welcoming families, celebrating birthdays, and bringing energy to every corner of the experience.

But Rusty’s story also starts close to home.

In the real world, Rusty is inspired by Tino, the mischievous and lovable orange farm cat of Ashley, our Executive Vice President and the owner’s daughter. Tino’s curious, funny, slightly chaotic personality became a familiar presence—and during our rebrand process, one phrase kept coming up again and again:

“Orange cat energy.”

That playful, curious spirit felt exactly like who we are, a family-run company built on connection, personality, and fun. And from that idea, Rusty, and his story, were born.

Today, Rusty represents the heart of Incredible Food & Fun , where generations gather, memories are made, and fun is always on the menu.

This is just the beginning. We can't wait for you to meet Rusty's friends! 🧡
