We would like to address an issue that we are seeing WAY too often, especially when we have families with family and friends from out of town.
Please, please, please, PLEASE AVOID ORDERING FLOWERS FROM AN ONLINE "FLORIST". These are not actual florists. They are third party companies who take your order, charge you an outrageous amount, then try to bottom dollar a local florist to arrange what you ordered. Most florists now refuse to do business with companies like this. Which results in your money getting refunded and your flowers never getting delivered. These companies will also lie to you about why they could not fulfil your order, and try to blame it on a local florist or business. Some also ship our flowers in a box. Your flowers will arrive flat, half dead and in no professionally designed manner.
Flowers.com, FTD, Blooms Today, Teleflora, Etc... With the popularity of sites like these, there have also been alot of completely fake florist pages and websites that have been created. They will take your order and your money. And that's it. No refund. No customer service to reach out to.
All of this to say, please stop ordering through online services for your floral needs, especially when ordering for someone out of town. Because when things don't go as planned, it always comes back on the place they are supposed to be delivered to. And we have no way to make it right. There is ALWAYS a local florist who is more than willing and ready to personally help with all your floral needs!
