I found a wonderful treasure of a place, in Rogersville!!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting with Kelly and Jessica at And Now, Yoga.

What a beautiful studio they have in a building that is reminiscent of an old school house or church built in 1900, but I’ll let them tell you what it actually was!

Jessica has transformed this place into a tranquil, peaceful, moment in time, to step away from all the hustle and bustle and remember what is like to reconnect with yourself.

I am definitely signing up for some classes in the future, I wish I had time to do the Sound bath event that is happing this evening (Jan 10th)!

I’m also looking forward to collaborating with them for some future events including Qigong pop ups and events!!

It’s so nice to meet lovely people that have a heart for healing others and for enriching their community!! ❤️
