Exciting News!! A Kids Class is coming! After our Summer Kids Camp, we have had several requests for a weekly Kids Class, so we're going to give it a run! We will test this out for a few months. Please read all the info below carefully. We can't wait to see you! Classes start NOVEMBER 11.
Class description: This class is all about getting kids moving, having fun, and building strong, healthy habits through games, bodyweight movements, and age-appropriate strength and agility exercises. Kids will learn how to move while learning functional fitness skills they can use in sports, school, and everyday life. ALL SKILL AND FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME.

โฐ Date & Time: BEGINNING NOV. 11: every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:45pm-4:30pm.
Ages: 10-14
What you need to know: To give each kid the best experience, weโre limiting our fitness class to 10 kids total each day. This will allow us to coach and guide them individually and together in small groups. We will be able to focus on coaching each one safely and effectively. IMPORTANT: YOU WILL HAVE TO RESERVE YOUR CHILD'S SPOT EACH DAY. We are sorry if that is inconvenient, but it's the best way for us to do it! Spots are on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis. You will be able to reserve a spot 48 hours in advance, up to one hour before class time.
We understand that lives are busy, and maybe you can't commit monthly or weekly, so we will just charge a drop in fee of $15/class each time.
