Name This Massage!

I created a 30-minute massage experience designed to quiet an overstimulated nervous system — and now it needs the perfect name.

This is a custom sequence I developed using a blend of techniques (not Swedish massage, not exactly Thai stretching...) It's designed to meet you where you are and support your body into a calmer state.

It includes:
✨ medium pressure
✨ gentle joint movement
✨ guided breathing
✨ aromatherapy

Wear comfy clothes you can move in.

I already offer services like “Fantastic Foot Work” and “Dry Head Spa,” so now I need fresh ideas for this newest experience.

This Monday and Tuesday only, I’m offering special pricing ($30) for anyone willing to try the massage and offer your thoughts.

Best name idea might become the official service name!
