I believe the words we use have power. The written word and the spoken words can really effect our lives and the people around us. For example, my daughter is changing day cares for her two youngest children and she asked me not to share my opinions with her. As what ever I say, she takes to heart and my reasons are detailed because I was a student of child development and I wanted to work in daycare- a very long time ago.

I care about how many times a day children go outside for example and many places only have kids play outside twice a day. Which in California, where its warm enough usually- going out side 4 times minimum or more is possible and optimal for kids at a day care. Let me say we are not outside for 4-6 hours everyday. We aim for 4-6 hours outside at least three to four times a week

I desire....(i decided not to say =want or try- ) I desire to have myself and my grandkids out in NATURE for 4 or more times a week.

I desire to decide and stay consistent, dedicated, disciplined in practicing what I preach as well!. When we are in nature- is a huge part of the work in Chinese medical qigong therapy- practices. Woods, bodies of water and mountains are my personal favorites.

Had very challenging 8 day event YES PEACE, WALK DANCE SING. had women present tools for inner peace and self-love with goal to ripple that out...........and had one client in the week that was on my priority list as well as family things and my own mental health. Depression and despair relate to Heart and I can fall into that with time when I have been in states of less sleep and not much time for me to be alone.

So, I say and declare - I desire to embody for myself what I offer others-- fully for my highest good and the planet's- world peace.

--- however, at the moment and "up until now"- Its a bit of a s**t show emotionally- i have the tools ……….however,- because I am helping so much with my grandsons- which I love to do…. it takes time out of my day that leaves little for all the scheduling- especially on tuesdays and thursdays- right now.

Then there is the reacting - to both of my daughters and my husband—-when I am doing my best to help out with “advise” which is taken as critique —most times- and they get upset. Guess what, this is my chance to practice then- me -NOT over reacting to the reaction :)

I--ESPECIALLY loved her newsletter -around reactivity- which is the root- of all my work- ok, what's going on in the world,---what is going on in this challenging relationship or situation----- and honoring emotions, transmuting and staying in the center of divine awareness- all is well, all is how it is best for our learning wisdom yet staying in that INNER PEACE- WHEN WE CAN GET TO IT---is a choice- a declaration to find the wisdom quickly and surrender to our higher power that we can do well to allow whatever is uncomfortable to be transmuted to beautiful - sacred art............or ourselves and our close and distant communities---Global human family.
