Coach Ott has clients from all ages and fitness levels from the person who has never worked out to high level performance and levels of Fitness. Fitness programing background included; Fat Loss, Strength and Conditioning, Mobility and Stability, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Agility, (Athletics including), Marathon runners, Triathletes, Golf Fitness, Tennis, Football, Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, Gymnastics, Volleyball, Lacrosse and focus on the Strength, Power, and speed required for these sports. Brad has a playful and caring relationship with his clients, considering them not only good friends, but family. Metabolism is like the engine that keeps our bodies running smoothly. Metabolism is the process which converts the food of your body into energy.

It is a highly complex process that includes many various organs and systems in our body structure.

The rate of your metabolism is influenced by a number of factors including your age gender body size and activity level.

Our metabolism is constantly working, even when we're sleeping.

It's responsible for regulating our body temperature, repairing cells and getting rid of waste. It is like a well-orchestrated symphony with different organs and systems working together to keep everything in balance.

Your body burns calories quickly at rest if you have a fast metabolism.

A slow metabolism means that your body burns calories slowly even when you are active.
