PEOPLE; PLEASE STOP WEARING MASKS WHEN DRIVING IN YOUR CAR OR RIDING YOUR BIKE OR WALKING OUTDOORS IN THE FRESH AIR!
These ridiculous masks, (especially the way I see people wearing them, unsealed etc), are not protecting you from ANYTHING and may make you more susceptible!
PLEASE UNDERSTAND HOW YOUR BODY WORKS:
The basic necessary function of your lungs is to fill them with oxygen constantly, bringing it in contact with the bloodstream, and this oxygenation helps kill bacteria & viruses inside your lungs and body. When you are wearing a mask, you are obviously not breathing properly, plus you are inhaling your own carbon dioxide waste air, therefore you are NOT properly oxygenating your lungs for extended periods of time, this will make a healthy person sicker and lower your immune system for fighting off the very virus you are trying so hard not to contract! If you are forced to wear one I suggest deep breathing when you take it off to try and make up for the oxygen deficit-we NEED the fresh air! Thank you for reading my rant for the day

We Moved!!

Saying Goodbye-today will be our last day on La Plaza!
Sad to go, Carole & I loved being part of downtown Cotati for the past 6 years but we are both looking forward to the new office on Medical Center Drive! We are already moving little stuff, everything but the treatment room! Finish packing Thursday, the movers come bright & early Friday morning!

So yesterday morning my hand was so messed up I couldn't grasp anything, and every time I tried to do anything with it, a shock of pain would run up my arm.

This morning, outside of a little residual stiffness, it's back to normal. And it's all thanks to one lady.

I have already referred her to many of you but seriously- if you need chiropractic care, called Dr Sally Harper in Cotati. 795-5500.

And thanks, Sally, for saving me from probable hand surgery!

Why did I wait 3 weeks!!! Sally Harper I couldn't tie my shoe or even sit.... and could hardly walk into your office....then after that adjustment, I practically danced out!!! WHAT A RELIEF!!!! Foot feels amazing and the hip and sit bones....wooooohooooo!!! See ya Wednesday!!!! Love my Chiropractor Dr Sally Anne Harper!!!!
