with our Yoga Of Health page here on FB. We seem to be getting a lot of views despite our break from posting. Please know that it is because Prema (Trish) has been focused on her Yoga Therapy Clients while teaching 6th Graders in Middle School.

Despite our break from engagement on social media, please know that we are still taking clients for Yoga Therapy!
