Honoring Our Heroes This Veterans Day!!
Today, we pause to honor the brave men and women who have served our country with courage, dedication, and sacrifice. At Cohesive Home Health and Hospice, we are deeply grateful for the freedoms we enjoy because of their selfless service.
We are especially humbled to care for Veterans and their families supporting them with compassion, dignity, and respect in every stage of life.

We are thrilled to announce that our Socktober drive was a resounding success, thanks to the collective efforts of our supporters, enabling Cohesive to donate 102 pairs of socks to Sequoyah nursing and rehabilitation, and empowering us to make a tangible difference in our community. ♥️🧦

Early detection Saves lives. We encourage everyone to schedule regular screenings, know the signs and support one another.

Socktober is Here!! Let's Warm Hearts & Toes!!

This October as the temperature starts to get cooler Cohesive Home Health and Hospice will be collecting New Socks to donate to our local nursing home residents and we need YOUR Help FB Friends!!
Let's show some LOVE with something small that makes a BIG difference. Please share to Help us spread the word!!!

What we Need:
New adult sized socks ( non-slip or regular)
cozy colorful, or neutral styles welcome

We will be collecting socks October 1st through the end of October. I will be happy to meet up with you to collect socks. If you are purchasing from Amazon or online, you can have it delivered to the Cohesive office at 311 Ray Fine Blvd. Suite 1 Roland, Ok
