We are a walk in clinic and provide Urgent care, Primary care, Weight loss and Addiction services.

We have Xray, ultrasound, EKG and limited lab capability.

We are experiencing some techincal issues and cannot receive text messages. Please CALL us. Do not text Four Rivers at this time.
