• 💬 Talk it out — with a friend, a trusted adult, or a counselor. Sometimes just saying it helps.
• ✍️ Write, create, or move — journaling, art, sports, or music are healthy ways to release tough emotions.
• ❤️ Choose kindness — you never know what someone else is carrying. Small acts of compassion can make a big difference.
