Stop searching for the one “magic” neck stretch… here’s what actually works instead ⬇️💡

When clients come in with neck tension, we don’t just stretch, we retrain how their neck moves and holds control. 💪🧠 It’s about reducing strain, improving stability, and building better movement patterns over time.

Here are 3 go-to exercises I use with clients:

1️⃣ Upper Trap Stretch
Perfect for those tight shoulder-top muscles, especially if you sit a lot or carry stress.

2️⃣ Chin Tucks
Tech neck antidote. Builds deep neck flexor strength and body awareness.

3️⃣ Ball on Wall
Press your forehead into a ball on the wall and rotate side to side, great for safe, supported strength and mobility.

That’s right, your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man made a surprise visit to Peak Sport and Spine! 🕷️💪 Even superheroes need a little tune-up now and then. Whether it’s swinging through the city or scaling walls, staying mobile and injury-free is key! 🧗‍♂️

Our team had a blast helping Spidey stay in peak condition (pun intended 😉), and it’s a great reminder that no matter your superpower, recovery and prevention matter.
