We’re shining a spotlight on Dr. Richard Larson and the incredible experience he brings to our team.

With 37 years in medicine, Dr. Larson joined us in 2020, caring for patients in both the clinic and ER before moving into a full-time ER role in October 2023. His depth of knowledge and steady approach make a meaningful difference for patients during some of their most critical moments.

He’s known for showing up with consistency, compassion, and a true commitment to the people he serves, helping ensure our community has reliable emergency care close to home.

When he’s off the clock, Dr. Larson is a devoted Minnesota Vikings fan and has a strong appreciation for classic Pontiac muscle cars.

We’re grateful to have him as part of the team at SMP Health – St. Kateri.
