As the holidays approach, we encourage our patients to plan ahead for things like medication refills, appointments, and routine needs.

📅 All Four Rivers clinics and offices will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day so our team can spend time with their loved ones.

If you anticipate needing refills or assistance before the holidays, please call or message us ahead of time so we can help take care of you. 💚

Starting Monday, November 24th, the Four Rivers Walk-In Clinic will officially begin seeing patients at our new location:

We’re still here for you with the same convenient hours — Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM — and no appointment needed.

As cold and flu season ramps up, our team is ready to help with coughs, fevers, sore throats, minor injuries, and more.

At Four Rivers Community Health Center, we believe early detection saves lives. 💗

✨ Through the Show Me Healthy Women program, we’re proud to offer FREE breast and cervical cancer screenings to eligible women across our service areas.

Who qualifies:
💗 Ages 21–64
💗 Uninsured or underinsured
💗 Household income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level

If you meet these qualifications, you could receive free screenings designed to detect cancer early — when treatment is most effective.
