Established in 2000, Peninsula Physical Therapy (PPT) is a patient-friendly, high-end sport and orthopedic clinic dedicated to one-on-one care, focused exercise, and patient education. Our therapists will spend 20-30 minutes with you at each visit, and you will not have a long wait for your appointment. Additionally, we now have medical exercise and wellness programs including rehab maintenance and therapeutic exercise, youth sports strengthening and injury recovery and prevention, and Parkinson's dynamic movement classes. We recently expanded our facility to better serve the Palos Verdes community and to help promote recovery, wellness, and a healthy lifestyle.
