Move daily, drink a lot of water, eat healthy 80% of the time and eat your “happy food” 20 % of the time! Diets with a lot of restrictions are not sustainable! 😉
What are your top 3 Healthy Habits?
Daily movement (even if it is dance with my little ones!), drink a lot of water, eat quality food most of the time.

My training style is prescribe a workout and a diet plan respecting everyone’s individuality.
