Right now in the Midwest the fall leaves are turning. It's a great time to take advantage of some outdoor walking before the temperatures drop further. Make it enjoyable take in the sights and sounds. Walk 10 minutes after breakfast , 10 minutes after lunch, and 10 minutes after dinner. It's an easy way to get in 30 minutes a day.
