We are reviewing yet another set of test results (initial R&D) arriving this morning, this time a different group from the second harvest. A sample is below.

Moisture content is far above final cured product to be packaged. We anticipate improved results for final cured product ready for distribution.

As test results from 1 of our current Craft Cultivator licensee engagements begin to arrive, we're extremely proud of our team, as well as pleasantly surprised at the exceptional performance of closely held in house genetics utilized for this specific client's engagement.

The below is a sample of results (edited for client information), that were achieved the FIRST run, in a new facility, with no prior familiarity or experience with that facility, achieved with far below adequate staffing. Initial yield projections were also surpassed by 50%+/ on round 1.

A remarkable achievement, and a testament to the true command of our cultivation experts.

CULTIVATION UPDATE

The below is an engagement for cultivation only. Facility design and build was addressed by the client and other group(s). Our sole role in this specific engagement, one of many to come, was strictly to initiate and oversee cultivation activities, and produce as much high quality product as possible, as quickly as possible.

We are extremely proud of our team, and every visitor, from cannabis industry contractors for facility expansion through IL state inspectors have repeatedly commented they have rarely ever seen such healthy plants in any operation, and such a rapid start from any group or facility.

The below pictures are some images from an Illinois Craft Cultivation licensee, Phase 1, (5,000 sq. ft. flowering canopy, allowing expansion to 14k sq. ft.), 3 flower rooms, at a facility that was inspected and approved to operate around Christmas week.

The below images are currently about 45 days+/- from the facility inspection and approval to operate, with 1 flower room at Day 34 of flower, another at day 17+/- of flower, and a 3rd to be flowered in within a week. It should also be noted canopy level is currently 6-8 feet. (The table's are about 2ft., and the top of the pots are about 3 ft. off the ground) To obtain pictures of the canopy, the camera had to he held very far overhead (8.5ft+/-) to capture these shots. Rooms are approximately 30' x 75' long. We expect yields to significantly surpass both industry standards and projections.

We begin yet another Illinois dispensary project. In this specific case Canna Consultants addressed every aspect of the original application, including securing the site and full designs. We then guided and assisted with the sale of the license and the IL specific transfer process to add yet another location to an existing client's Illinois cannabis holdings, The Dispensary-Champaign , with a target of April for the Grand Opening.

A long overdue update: We're hard at work, and we're now in our 10th year in business!

Dispensary Operations:
As we are currently in discussions for what will be our 7th and 8th dispensary projects in the highly regulated Illinois program in the past 8 years, we reflect on the road that brought us here. This road has earned our team and associates a near-perfect record of compliance with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR), as well as the Illinois State Police (ISP). The same road has led to our associates to consult on behalf of IDFPR covering critical systems and compliance related issues. Our journey includes leading dispensary projects from the blank page conceptualization stage, through the application process, design, construction, to approvals for operation and continued management for several years, including new-to-the-industry or absentee owners in many cases. This road once saw our team facing the daunting task of designing, building, inspecting, approving, and commencing sales in two locations in as little as 8 weeks from an empty concrete space, without current zoning or a lease in place. This feat was later deemed a "miracle" by many observers after we successfully sprinted over the finish line and increased our clients' annual revenue by over 500%. All of the above was achieved simultaneously as the team provided operational oversight of well over $50 million in retail sales in the Illinois market while establishing beneficial wholesale relationships in a competitive arena.

We reflect on the 10 years it has taken to establish a team of associates and resources that have collectively overseen the conceptualization, development, and operation of over 300+ cultivation facilities in America and worldwide, including MSO flagship locations. A busy past week for the Canna Consultants Team!

First the IDFPR state inspection for the approval to operate and licensing for our client Altius Dispensary, for their absolutely stunning Round Lake Beach flagship location. We're very pleased to have assisted Altius in being one of the first 3 licensed dispensaries of the new 185 in the state! Followed by our Special Use Permit including full security designs approved for our clients Riverbluff Cannabis, who will now begin the construction process of their flagship Roselle location starting tomorrow.

The team at Canna Consultants are hard at work on the development and launch of our 4th, 5th, and 6th dispensary operations for our clients in Illinois, including floorplan and security designs on all but 1. These new locations will be in the greater Chicagoland area, in the far NW suburbs and the near Western suburbs. We are very proud to say, utilizing extremely conservative estimates based on our 7 years of experience with Illinois dispensary operations, we anticipate by 2023 our oversight in the Illinois market of these 6 locations is expected to represent $90MM+ in consumer spending, and well over 900,000+ transactions annually overseen by the Canna Consultants team. Our current operations have earned and maintained an impeccable track record of compliance with IDFPR and ISP inspectors and Senior leadership, and we expect to continue this exceptional performance for our clients at the new locations.

We're also looking forward to providing updates of Craft cultivation activities, as well as dispensary license purchases and sales activity.

While Illinois completes it's 3 lottery rounds for the Adult Use Cannabis Dispensary process, the 3rd and final being Thursday, August 19th, and we look forward to additional Craft Cultivation and Infused licensing with a 2nd round of 60 Craft Grower licenses to be awarded by December 2021, we want to congratulate our clients on their success as well as all other successful applicants. We look forward to continued success delivering victories in the Illinois application processes.

Applicants partnered with Canna Consultants saw dispensary scores on their written content ranging from perfect (no deductions) to a max deduction of two points across their entire application's written content, offering outstanding results as expected of the seasoned Canna Consultants' Team. All clients partnered with Canna Consultants during this initial dispensary application round were deemed eligible for the dispensary lotteries thus far and several successful applicants were selected for conditional licensure.

As we begin to plan for the further development, build out, and launch of several more operations in Illinois, as well as management and oversight engagements and assistance with the disposition of Illinois licenses, Canna Consultants is proud to climb further into 9 figures of assets created for clients over the past six years with another 8 figures in client assets created with these additional victories. We are very proud of the exceptional performance our team has provided to clients in Illinois since 2015 through application process victories as well as operations oversight and compliance, and we look forward to continuing this history of success and excellence in 2021/2022 and beyond.

We at Canna Consultants are very proud of our accomplishments and of our team. Those accomplishments include creating a very conservative estimate of near $100 million in assets for our clients in the past 5 years from a blank sheet of paper through operational launch and oversight of day to day activities. These assets range from the development, design, application, and permitting of the top two largest cannabis cultivation licenses in the world, with 500 acres each for two separate clients in Paraguay and Lesotho, one entering into an agreement with a publicly traded company, the other currently entertaining proposals, to our work in the Illinois program which delivered the 5th highest score out of 217 applicants in what at the time was the nation's most competitive process to date, resulting in outscoring virtually every MSO who participated among many of our other engagements. Our most recent successes are leading us to contemplate changing our tag line to "Creating Miracles".

While many may be aware of our work in Illinois, we recently oversaw the complete development and opening of two additional adult use dispensaries: One of which was successful due to the eventual overturning of a city ban on adult use cannabis with a state deadline looming which would have surrendered the license opportunity completely, and the other included the complete design, build out, and operational documentation with the same deadline and possibility of lost opportunity for the client. This second adult use dispensary saw the transformation of an empty concrete space with no lease in place and no zoning, to a state inspected and approved facility in a little more than 6 weeks, nearly exactly meeting the deadline of lost opportunity. During this period and rapidly approaching deadlines, there were yet many other serious obstacles which were overcome through tireless work by the Canna team, on behalf of the client.
