Body RECOMP Challenge starts tomorrow, Oct 1st!

Body composition refers to the amount of fat and fat-free mass (muscle, bone, and water) your body contains. Recomposition means “to form something again or in a different way,” hence the term “body recomposition.”

Drip’s 10 week body recomposition is a process of losing body fat while simultaneously building muscle, with the goal of changing your body’s composition.

The best part of this challenge is that you’re not going through this alone! You will have a whole community supporting and cheering you on!

It's not too late to sign up... EVER (even after the start date)! Get measured and analyzed to get started.

Winner will be based on the highest % of body fat lost ONLY! However, to get there, you will need as much information on yourself so you can TRACK, TRACK, TRACK!!

What you will receive in your analysis: 
*weight *body fat % *BMI *muscle % *body age * resting metabolism *visceral fat * measurements of arm, waist, hip, and thigh.

⏰ FLOWS when you’re having fun!

Can’t believe Drip celebrated 2️⃣ years of HOTTNESS on May 17th! Unfortunately it took me nearly 6 months to get my FB page back after it was hacked and I was never able to share these pics or thank all of you for the incredible 🎢!!!

Through all the 🩸, 🥵 and 😥, it’s truly COOL seeing it come to fruition. I still 🤏 myself daily knowing this is mine, mine, mine. It’s a (not so) little 💎 with the most incredible community. And it’s 🔥🔥🔥!!!

To all those that have taken classes with me at Drip Hot Yoga & Fitness, listened to my long winded stories about 🧘🏻‍♀️and 💪, or helped make this a 💣 ass place, from the bottom of my ❤️, I want to say 🙏!

Hot Pilates! The fitness trend that is cranking up the heat. 🔥

Inferno Hot Pilates is a chal­leng­ing full-body work­out using Pilates prin­ci­ples. There is no impact, so it is safe prac­tice for all fit­ness lev­els of students.

IHP cre­ates long lean mus­cle mass, burns fat, and increases fit­ness lev­els. It cre­ates a stronger core, improves cir­cu­la­tion, and increases flex­i­bil­ity. Prepare to get stronger and leaner without the pounding of high impact workouts like running and jumping.

IHP com­bines car­dio and mus­cle ton­ing in a heated room. The high inten­sity inter­val train­ing keeps your heart rate up, help­ing you burn fat. The Pilates prin­ci­ples sculpt you body, cre­at­ing long lean mus­cle mass. The heat loosens up the mus­cles quickly, and the humid­ity makes you sweat — ele­vat­ing your heart rate, boost­ing metab­o­lism, and pro­mot­ing detoxification.

IHP targets areas of the body that we don't spend much time strengthening in our hot yoga practice, most noticeably the arms, upper body, abs, and glutes. Having strong abs and glutes does wonders for supporting that healthy spine we work so much on in yoga. And of course, having flexibility from your yoga practice allows you the mobility to perform many of the exercises in IHP with precision and understanding. The basic thing to remember is that where one modality leaves off the other one picks up. Yay!

Hi friends,

Words can’t express how excited and relieved I am to have our original FB site BACK! It is absolutely vile that there are individuals or groups out there that take pleasure in hacking any social site.

These pages are usually so personal and have years of content that just can’t be replaced. It took me 2 hours to delete all the objectionable content that were posted daily for over 6 months. I still wake up every morning checking to make sure the page still belongs to me. Ha.

I can’t wait to start posting fun content again with all things related to hot yoga and fitness. Please like and subscribe so you don’t miss any studio happenings and news.

We’ve Changed! Formally Bikram Yoga Rolling Meadows, we are now Meadows Hot Yoga. We have kept our core curriculum, the “Original Hot 90” but have expanded to offer a variety of classes to further meet our clients needs. Some keep the heat up, (Inferno Hot Pilates) and some cool down (Hatha, Yin & Nidra), all will bring you closer to discovering and meeting your health and fitness goals.
