A client recently said she heard a message in her meditation: YOUR BODY IS INFINITE . She had worked thru a year of learning and practicing intuitive eating. she is hearing powerful messages about the fact we are all part of many other bodies. That our physical body is part of us and an important part to love and take care of. But there are other bodies we are a part of..The celestial body, a community…a spiritual body. And these bodies when we listen to them, they have strong messages for us on how to lead a harmonious life. Sometimes it takes the support of others to help us find our true voice again. This is why I love to work with people to explore their (whole) health. The mind, the body, the spirit. I love to find connection to Mother Earth as well to steady and revive what nourishes and to honor and care for her in awe, admiration, and respect.

Got a healing 15 min acupuncture session from Carly at the Mycelium Conference today in Standish. She got my cluster headaches to disappear for three hours! What a relief! Thanks Carly! She’s in Portland if you are looking for a great acupuncture provider. I took courses in alternative treatments for chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and trauma today. This is what integrative treatment is all about. If you’d like to know more, set up a session with me! I’m available for telehealth and will be offering sessions daytime, night time, and a Saturday a month. Extremely reasonable sliding scale for having 25 years in the holistic health field of practice. Don’t give up on yourself! You are worth finding a better way to deal with mental and physical pain.

I saw these guys at my secret happy place in Maine. Chillin together and enjoying the day. There is a spectrum of definition of friends: buxome buddies, kindred spirits, activity partners, ride or die, and acquaintances are also friends. We can find them in our communities and even acquaintances provide a level of support and care to us in the world. Make more friends next week by joining the Barre class I’m subbing next Tuesday evening at 5:15pm ! First class is free and you can have a blast toning up your bod and making new acquaintances.
