Carlos D. Rios was born and raised in Roma, TX and a proud graduate of Roma High School Class of 2019. Carlos has now achieved a milestone, graduating with his Doctors of Pharmacy from The University of Texas, College of Pharmacy, Class of 2025.

Lino’s Pharmacy is proud to welcome Carlos D. Rios back home to serve his community as a dedicated healthcare professional. His journey is a testament to hard work, perseverance, and love for his hometown.
