The Chiropractic Assistant will play a critical role in guiding patients through their care plans, from their first consultation to graduation. This position requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to connect with patients while confidently handling financial discussions and outreach. Marketing or sales experience is highly valued and will make the right candidate even more successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Day 1 Consultations with new patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed.
Lead Re-Exam Consultations, reviewing progress and discussing updated recommendations.
Facilitate Graduation Consultations, celebrating milestones and transitioning patients into wellness plans.
Confidently present and complete financial closes, including payment plan discussions.
Perform outreach phone calls for recalls, reactivations, and referrals.
Support patient education by reinforcing chiropractic principles and care expectations.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless and professional patient experience.
Assist with marketing campaigns, community outreach, and patient events (if applicable).
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple patient interactions daily.
Comfortable with financial discussions and presenting care plan options.
Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused mindset.
Willingness to learn chiropractic terminology, patient care flow, and office systems.

Office Hours:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
