Can a disc herniation heal on its own?
Sometimes symptoms calm down. Pain can fade. Inflammation can decrease. But that does not automatically mean the disc mechanics, spinal alignment, and pressure patterns have been corrected.
If the underlying stress on the disc is still there, the cycle usually repeats. Flare. Calm. Flare again.
At Relentless, we focus on actually correcting the issue. We work to restore proper motion, reduce pressure on the disc, and create structural change that lasts.
Less band-aid. More rebuild.
If you’ve been stuck in the flare-up cycle, it may be time to address what’s really driving it. DM us “DISC” and let’s see if you’re a candidate.
