We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Jasvir Singh, M.D., to our team! 🎉

Dr. Singh is a Board-Certified Internist with extensive experience in primary care. Over the years, he has cared for patients across New York City and beyond, including at Corning Hospital, Kingsboro Center, and the VA Hospital.

He also completed advanced fellowship training in Geriatric Medicine at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, giving him additional expertise in caring for older adults.

Dr. Singh is passionate about helping patients of all ages live healthier lives through personalized, compassionate care. 💙

⏰ Missed appointments without notice are considered "no-shows."
Patients who accumulate three (3) no-shows within a 12-month period may be subject to a review of their care plan, which could lead to discharge from the practice.

We understand that life happens—please call us ahead of time if you can’t make it. Your communication helps us care for all our patients more effectively. 💙
