Hello Everyone! It’s been a long couple weeks.

We have been pushing hard, we have been training new employees. The snow has been relentless.

My primary employee had a medical event and had to hospitalized, just as we were prepping for service.

I had to quickly pull together one of my other operators

Yesterday was off to a great start, and bam we had a bad breakdown. Thank you to Jim at Coppercity Landscaping, while we were switching gears for our service, he got a hold of our dealer Eric Hoage at Whites Farm Supply. (Jim and I are very close, and Eric is both of our supporting dealer.)

Eric quickly spring into action and was able to get the parts we needed. We were back up and running in just a couple hours. Yesterday would have been really rough if it wasn’t for the amazing dealer support.

It’s not feasible to have an entire shop full of parts to everything that we rely on. And certainly I can’t support having a third 80k-100k tractor just sitting around to take parts off.

There is so much that goes into a service. My goal is to make it seem like nothing to you guys, but sometimes things happen.

Anyways thank you Eric, and Jim. Both of you are extremely important as we all work together. Also thank you Chris for running to
Get parts and all your hours of help.
Thank you Tim for your help as well, you did great out there!!!

I got home yesterday after 28hours of work in 2 days and crashed, first full night of sleep for me. You get very little sleep between everything going on when it’s snowing.

We will be dispatching at 230am tonight.

Alerts will be off until after 630ish, and if I can stop working for a second to turn them on.

Evening all, today we started off early, training a new operator.

We triggered around 7ish am.
We had a long day, and we made a second loop around the accounts that were done first this this am(as the plows hadn’t been around till after.)

I found out one of my newest, and most likeable customers passed away. I’m truely saddened to have found out. I didn’t know him long, but he was so cool. We could chat and we were both just laughing away. Always great interactions with him. I don’t know his family, but I hope they got to spend Christmas with him. 😔

I ordered a new tablet yesterday to replace one of our tablets, it will be in shortly. We use these to help us navigate the customers, and also provide the data to our software suite to have information at our hands.

Today could have be much worse that is for sure, at least only sucked up a decorative pillow today.

Happy New year everyone.

I hope it was safe for all of you.

Prcs 315snoblow is now “315SnoBlow INC”

My work will be separated and all snow work will be serviced by that company. 315SnoBlow Inc is the natural progression of what I’m building. It is owned and operated by me.

I will keep you all updated as this transition is still ongoing.

New name/Entity but still the same service as always.

12/31/2025

Our equipment will be out making cleaning runs starting at 3am.

12/30/2025

Well I forgot to post that we ran our routes today. We had a late 1130 trigger on one side and about a 140trigger on the other. As of 5pm everyone is all set.

Likely see you out there tonight again.

12/30/2025

I’m pretty sure someone forgot to pay the Nimo bill! This bird won’t cook at all.

2” at best. We will let more accumulate before we come out.

12/30/2025

Maybe in another hour this bird will cook???

No snow trigger yet.

12/30/2025

So far a dud! I’ll check back in another hour.

12/30/2025

Evening everyone!
Look like snow tonight, will see what happens, might be out at 3am. Depends on what occurs.
