Another little piece of advice along the same line from one of my Shaman teachers: Don't pat yourself too hard on the back for your successes..you are liable to knock yourself over.

Personal Side note: Meet people where they are..not where you expect them to be.
Nobody is perfect, and if you need to hype yourself up to make others feel less than, then you are not as evolved as you think you are.

Last minute I know! But those of you who know me know this is how I roll! We are all feeling the decreased vibration in some way right now. Even those who don't believe in Energy or a Higher Being feel 'off' right now. Like something isn't quite right, but can't figure out what.

I am calling on all of my friends, near and far to join a group of people in sending healing energy, Reiki and prayers to mother earth. The collective participation globally will be amazing. I am a true believer in the power of the collective working together for a joined cause. You do not need to be a Level II Reiki practitioner for this. I trust in the intention of everyone who wants to do this. Praying for decreased winds, just enough rain to douse the flames around the world and concentrating on raising the frequency of Gaia, the planet as a whole and ourselves. Sending love to you all!
