💜 Brother's Place will be set up from 1-4pm with the Worksource Northwest Georgia's mobile career center, as well as Northwest Georgia Public Health's HIV and Opioid Educator, the Georgia Harm Reduction Coalition- Lyla Center will be on site 1709 Maple Ave

💜 RCMHC STAR Program along with NAMI Rome, GA and DCS will be set up from 2-4pm @ 100 Marable Way.

We were thrilled to have a full class for our Mental Health Workshop yesterday with . The focus was on connecting mind, body, and spirit. 💚

Mental health is absolutely essential to the journey of recovery, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to host workshops that give our community tools, connection, and hope. We invite anyone to join us for these free workshops, usually on the 1st Monday of each month. This workshop is one in a four-part series.

We celebrate recovery everyday, but each year we add an extra special event to our September calendar. Join us for our 2025 Enchanted Garden Recovery Prom - where healing grows and all are welcome, because Recovery is for All People, Families and Communities.
🌹✨Get whimsical with your wardrobe and join us for a celebration of growth, renewal, and connection. Recovery Prom 2025, in partnership with Mosaic Place: Not broken. Rebuilt. , will be held upstairs at Mellow Mushroom in downtown Rome, Sept. 26, 6p-8p. We'll have a DJ, food, and a ton of fun. We seriously cannot wait!

🌟 What an Incredible Day in Rome! 🌟

This week, LivingProof Recovery was honored to host the Georgia Recovers Bus Tour for The Addiction Epidemic in Georgia: A Conversation policy stop here in Floyd County. We were grateful to welcome 72 community members into a thoughtful discussion on addiction, recovery, and the systems that support change.

On this International Day of Charity, we invite our community of friends and supporters to help us bring a little magic to this year’s Recovery Prom. 🌿💫

Our theme is “Enchanted Garden” — imagine glowing lanterns, cascading vines, blooming flowers, sparkling crystals, and maybe even a touch of fairy dust. This celebration is more than a prom — it’s a joyful reminder that recovery is about new beginnings, connection, and hope.

To make this vision come alive, we need your help! 🌺
We are seeking donations of garden-inspired décor: lanterns, flowers (real or artificial), greenery, vines, crystals, fairy lights, or anything whimsical that could transform our space into a true enchanted garden.

Every contribution, big or small, will help us create a night of beauty, belonging, and celebration for our recovery community. 💚
