It's officially fall, which means our outdoor classes have come to an end. ❤️‍🩹 I couldn't be more thankful for such a beautiful and abundant summer season. Together we:

▪️Hosted over 330 people for outdoor hikes, sound baths, yoga classes, fundraisers, women's group, etc.

▪️Donated over $700 to Lake Delta State Park, Whitney's Legacy and The American Foundation for Su***de Prevention, in loving memory of the studio's friend Jasmine Millner.

For the last 2 years the Radiant Women's Circle has met monthly to meditate, journal, connect and uplift.

We've quietly reflected. Vulnerably shared. And helped lift the weight of life from one another's shoulders.

This weekend in celebration of the circle's anniversary we shared a campout at my house. A lot of talks. A lot of laughs. A lot of connection.

Last night was our final goat yoga session of the season and it had me reflecting on how truly special these offerings are.

Fort Rickey Discovery Zoo is such a gem in our community. Daily encounters with goats, daily shows, presentations and feedings with otters, deer, wolves, snakes etc.

We are SO lucky as a community to have such a beautiful zoo right here in our hometown. In recent years Fort Rickey has expanded their typical offerings to include many very special events, Fall Fun Days (every weekend), Craft Fairs (Oct 11), Adult Nights, Superhero Days, etc.

The kindness, dedication, grit and creativity that Becca, Chris, their Family, and staff bring to the community is constantly inspiring to me.

Small businesses are so special, they bring so much value to the world and I'm so so SO lucky to be a small business owner. It's lead me to meeting the greatest people and doing work that truly lights me up.

When small businesses collaborate, it's even more magical. This season the number one statement I heard from guests was "this has been on my bucket list for a while", it's beyond incredible to offer experiences that help others fulfill their dreams and it never would have happened without the collaboration of our two small businesses here in little ol' Rome NY.

Even more than that, what started off as a business collaboration has turned into connection, support and friendship. Over the winter Becca, Chris, my husband Antonio and I met up for dinner to catch up on all the things we missed in the off season. Just last weekend we were invited to their son's wedding at the zoo and we're already planning our next dinner out.

All this to say, we know how important supporting small businesses is. We know they're the backbone to our communities. But in case you didn't know, there's more significance than you could have imagined. When you support small businesses you support dreams, you support friendships, you support people. Real, living, breathing, hardworking people. And those people couldn't be more thankful for the love, support and generosity that their communities offer.

Thank you all so much for attending our events, liking/sharing/commenting on our posts, telling your friends about our businesses. We couldn't do it without you ❤️

I have this idea to offer a 3 week "empowHER" series at the studio. The series would feature power yoga sequences focused on building strength, flexibility and balance. Each class would be accompanied by a guided meditation to bring those same experiences not just to the body, but to the mind and heart.

This class series would be held Monday nights at 5:30 pm and begin the 29th. There would be space for 14 participants in this program.

An absolutely stunning night for our last sunset hike of the season. The temperature was perfect. The sunset was breath taking and the company was top tier. So so so thankful for an incredible season 🙏

Also, check out the pup in the last photo. Philip. He wandered over to us when we finished our sound bath and lifted his leg over my stuff... his owner grabbed him just in time, I was definitely in the splash zone 🤣 freaking Philip.

I've recently had some inquiries about offering a couples retreat. I've found a beautiful lodge about an hour north of Rome that feels like the perfect location.

Each couple would have a private room and an in suite bathroom.

Over the course of the weekend we would enjoy activities like couples yoga, paint and sip session, a cooking class and other fun activities that are wellness focused and promote a sense of deep connection.

This retreat would be open to 8 couples. Just wanted to see if there is enough interest for this type of offering? Comment below with feedback and interest 😊
