The studio is all set up for tomorrow's Deep Restore class 🥰

This 90 minute session features an hour of Restorative Yoga with Bodywork followed by 30 minutes of Yogic Sleep Meditation. It's intentionally designed to release stress and tension from the body and bring deep restoration to the mind.

In all the excitement this week I almost forgot to mention, this week marked 3 years since the studio reopened ❤️

I find it incredible to reflect on how many deep breaths we've taken together, how many miles we've traveled, how many sound baths we've softened into, how many smiles we've shared, how many causes we've contributed to.

Whether you're a once in a while yogi, a weekly attendee or just a supporter online, THANK YOU. The magic of these last 3 years couldn't be possible without every single one of you.
