🌸 New Self-Esteem Group for Teen Girls! 🌸

Is your teen daughter struggling with self-confidence, negative self-talk, or the pressure of friendships and social media? She’s not alone. 💕

This fall, Kristen is hosting a 6-week Saturday Morning Self-Esteem Group for girls ages 13-17 at Renewed Foundations Counseling Services here in Rome.

During groups, she will help the girls participating to:

💬 Challenge negative self-talk
🌟 Build body confidence
👭 Strengthen friendships & boundaries
💎 Discover strengths & values
🎉 Celebrate themselves

📅 Dates: Oct 4 – Nov 22 (no group Oct 18)
⏰ Time: Saturdays, 10–11:30 am
📍 Location: Renewed Foundations Counseling Services, 105 Redmond Rd, Rome
💵 Cost: $100/week OR $500 for full program (=1 free session when prepaid)
👭 Spots: Limited to 10 girls with the option to add another group with at least 12 sign ups

At Renewed Foundations, I specialize in providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults, with a particular focus on helping children and teens aged 4 to 16. I support clients facing a variety of challenges, including:
