📣 Update for Our Patients with Empire Insurance
We want to keep everyone informed regarding our Empire contract status. At this time, Empire has not yet finalized our contract, and unfortunately this process is completely controlled by the insurance company and the State of New York. We are required to wait on their timeline.
Per our credentialing team’s recent communication, an Empire representative stated that the fully executed contract should be available in approximately 2–3 weeks.
Until that contract is finalized, visits with Generations Family Health NPs, PLLC will be considered out-of-network for Empire members, and any charges will be the patient’s responsibility.
We truly understand the frustration this causes and appreciate your patience as we navigate these required state and insurance processes.
