Colonial Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center Colonial Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is a quaint eighty-bed ranch style facility located in the heart of CNY offering both long & short term care.

At Colonial Park, we strive to provide the highest quality of individualized care to each resident in a manner that promotes dignity, comfort, and support - ultimately enabling them to reach their maximum level of physical, emotional, and psychosocial functioning and well-being. Partnering with residents and their families, our goal is to listen and respect the wishes of each resident and allow them to make decisions regarding their treatment, health care, food preferences and leisure time. We work together as one large supportive team and our residents are the most important member.
