Colonial Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is a quaint eighty-bed ranch style facility located in the heart of CNY offering both long & short term care.

At Colonial Park, we strive to provide the highest quality of individualized care to each resident in a manner that promotes dignity, comfort, and support - ultimately enabling them to reach their maximum level of physical, emotional, and psychosocial functioning and well-being. Partnering with residents and their families, our goal is to listen and respect the wishes of each resident and allow th

em to make decisions regarding their treatment, health care, food preferences and leisure time. We work together as one large supportive team and our residents are the most important member.

Colonial Park Hits the Bocce Big Leagues! 🎯

We had a blast sponsoring a team at the World Series of Bocce!

We loved connecting with all the players as we handed out Grand gift bags and raffled off a stunning set of Bocce balls—such a hit!

Thanks to everyone who stopped by and helped make the day so memorable. We love being part of this amazing community!

Staff and residents dove into summer with our unforgettable foam party!

With bubbles flying and smiles everywhere, our soap/foam machine turned an ordinary day into an extraordinary celebration.

🏅🎉 Going for Gold at the 45th Annual Senior Olympics! 🎉🏅

Colonial Park had an incredible time at this year’s Senior Olympics at Masonic! From ladder golf and ring toss to shooting hoops, our residents gave it their all and we’re so proud of Jane for bringing home a gold medal! 🥇

We also had the joy of reconnecting with fellow Grand facilities like The Grand at Utica and Mohawk Valley and we even posed for a big group photo! 📸

With live music by Scot Raymond, dancing, pizza, and even a few surprise reunions, it was a day full of fun, friendship, and unforgettable moments. 💚

🇺🇸 4th of July Party at Colonial Park! 🇺🇸

We celebrated Independence Day in style with a festive cookout, fun crafts, and great entertainment from Jimmy Wolf that had everyone tapping their toes!

It was a day full of laughter, music, and red, white, and blue spirit. Thank you to everyone who helped make the celebration so special!
