Yesterday at Orchard Grove Senior Living, our Director of Food Services Jacob amazed us with a beautiful demonstration on how to carve a swan out of an apple 🍎🦢. We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Romeo VFW Post for their incredible generosity this holiday season. Your kindness in providing Christmas gifts for each of our veterans at Orchard Grove Senior Living truly meant the world to us.

Each veteran received an amazing hat representing the branch in which they served, and the appreciation and smiles were priceless. These thoughtful gifts brought so much joy and meaning to the holiday season, reminding our residents just how loved and honored they are. 🇺🇸

We are excited to shine the spotlight on Kristen Thorson here at Orchard Grove Senior Living!

Kristen has been with us for a little over a year in our Independent Living building, where she truly shines. She enjoys connecting with our residents, providing exceptional customer service, and taking the time to hear about their life stories and history. 💛

You’ll often find Kristen joining in on activities with residents—especially sing-alongs 🎶 and bingo 🎲, which are among her favorites! Her positive attitude, genuine care, and dedication help make Orchard Grove such a welcoming and vibrant community.

This afternoon, our residents enjoyed a wonderful lunch outing at Ford’s Garage in Sterling Heights! 🍔🚗
We loved the delicious food, the fun atmosphere, and especially seeing all of the classic Ford vehicles and memorabilia throughout the restaurant. It was a great afternoon filled with good food, great company, and lots of smiles!

🎄✨ A couple of weeks back, part of the holiday fun at Orchard Grove Senior Living included trying out a brand-new Christmas game—Wrapping Paper Reindeer Races! 🦌🎁 Residents had such a great time laughing, cheering, and racing, and the fun didn’t stop there—our staff joined in too!
