What is Holistic Nutrition and Happy & Healthy Wellness? Holistic Nutritionists are quite successful at helping clients reverse a plethora of serious health conditions, pinpoint previously misunderstood or hidden health problems, lose weight, gain energy, reverse eating disorders, and eradicate food sensitivities and/or intolerance's. Many Holistic Nutritionists have eradicated their own ailments like my self, who overcame debilitating Crohn's Disease caused by extreme gluten sensitivity and other emotional factors--after learning how to harness the power of holistic nutrition. Holistic Nutritionists meet with clients and individualize treatment plans that include "baby step" changes in diet, lifestyle, and mindset while also offering a broad spectrum of services including healthy cooking classes and recipes, email support, health food tours, and kitchen “pantry raids.” I am willing to fully except the blame for family members who are reluctant to change. When necessary, holistic nutritionists use blood and DNA testing for food intolerance and send clients
