About Me – Gina Marie

With over 13 years of personal yoga practice, my journey began with a nickname—Gumby—thanks to my natural hyper-flexibility and love for movement. What started as a personal practice quickly grew into a passion for sharing yoga with others. I’m Gina Marie, and I completed my 200-hour YTT in Hot Power Yoga and Vinyasa Flow, later expanding my teaching with Yoga 4 Sobriety training.

I previously ran my own yoga business, Gumby Yoga, creating inclusive, energetic classes rooted in strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. After taking a hiatus from teaching, I’m thrilled to return to the mat as a guest instructor—thanks to an invitation from Miss Ivory.

I’ll be leading a class focused on core and lower back strength—designed to support your body from the inside out. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out, come join me for a grounded yet playful flow that meets you where you are.
