Welcome to the world of Microgreens!❤ 🌱 Here at 7 Acres Farm, we are happy to teach and share information! The two main reasons for microgreens are that they are very aesthetically pleasing and they offer fantastic nutrition benefits. The aesthetics speak for themselves in our images, they make good plates absolutely beautiful! As for nutrition, microgreens have been found to have up to 40 fold the nutrition density of their adult counterparts!
