First up is Alexis!!

Here is a little bit about her:

Hi, I’m Alexis! I’m a single mama to one wild child and, as you can probably tell from the picture, a die-hard Packers fan. 💚💛
About a year and a half ago, I started my weight-loss journey and have since lost 100 pounds. Along the way, I’ve learned so much about nutrition and what truly works for me and my body—and I’m proud of how far I’ve come.
I recently started working at Roscoe Nutrition to try something new after spending 14 years in a factory setting. Stepping into a customer-focused role has been such a refreshing change, and serving customers has quickly become one of my favorite parts of the job.
I’m also a huge music lover, so if you stop in while I’m working, there’s a good chance you’ll catch me singing along while making your drink—not very well, but with lots of enthusiasm! 🎶😄

We (Mike & Erica) took a little getaway to Siesta Key, Florida 🌴☀️
And when we travel, we always love checking out other like-minded businesses to see how they operate and what we can learn!

Yesterday we stopped at Shake It Sarasota and had such a great conversation with the owners.
Mike tried a PB Cookie Dough Shake, and I had a Girl Scout Samoas Cookie–inspired Shake 🤤 — both were SO good!

Two things really stood out to us:
• Their branding on the cups
• They also offer delivery

Both are things we’d love to incorporate in the future as we continue to grow 👀✨
