I am excited to be offering this special springtime retreat at the beautiful Golden Light Healing Center in Sobieski, Wisconsin. This is a private retreat center that offers clean, comfortable accommodations, walking trails, lovely gardens, and healthy home cooked meals. It is truly a beautiful, healing place.
We will gather together to deepen our connection to the feminine aspect of the Divine, our connection to Mother Nature and to each other. Retreat will include yoga classes designed specifically for women's wellness, healing restorative yoga, guided visualizations, and meditation practices. Time for walking, reading, relaxing and journaling as well. Suitable for women of all ages. I’m excited to be teaching a four week MEDITATION class at Breathe Yoga in Janesville. Classes are on Sundays at 11:30-12:30 , running 2/11-3/4. If you would like to learn why you should meditate and how to meditate this is an excellent opportunity to practice in a lovely space with a supportive group.
