This role is the front door of our community — welcoming both new residents and new team members to Roscoe. 🩵
You will help guide families through the admissions process while also supporting the hiring of the caregivers who make our mission possible.

What You'll Do
▪️Admissions & Resident Relations
▪️Welcome residents and families to the facility
▪️Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and families
▪️Guide families through the admissions process from inquiry to move-in
▪️Coordinate with nursing and clinical teams for smooth admissions
▪️Maintain communication with referral sources such as hospitals and community providers
Recruitment & New Hire Support
Support recruitment for CNAs, nurses, and support staff
▪️Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
▪️Assist with onboarding and welcoming new hires
▪️Participate in hiring events and community outreach
▪️Build relationships with local schools and workforce programs
