What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead and coordinate all aspects of nursing care for your unit
✔ Supervise and mentor LPNs, CNAs, and support staff
✔ Oversee resident care plans, assessments, and documentation
✔ Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility standards
✔ Foster a positive, professional, and team-focused environment
What You’ll Bring:
✅ Active NY RN license
✅ 1–2 years RN experience (LTC or sub-acute preferred)
✅ Leadership experience as Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or Supervisor preferred
✅ Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
