Calling our workout and wellness sisters islandwide to join us THIS SATURDAY as we partner with Anou Vive in a Dance and Cardio workout!!

For all interested in attending, here are the details to know:
— depart from Botancial Gardens on a group bus at 5:15AM ($20 fee for transportation)
— partake in a great DANCE and CARDIO workout with Aerobics Trainer, Kathleen leading!
— enjoy a relaxing pool and lunch at Rosalie Bay ($85 expected fee for hotel access)

Remember to bring your workout AND lounge clothes for a day of physical and mental wellness.
