The NAM - Namaste, Metta sweatshirt is for you! Inspired by the Metta Meditation. The Metta Meditation is my absoulte favorite meditation to practice because it inspires self-love and compassion for myself and because I can offer myself these things unconditionally, I can offer the same to others. Namaste sits on the left corner of the collarbone, and the Metta meditation on the back really lets this sweatshirt breathe love and light!

The pictures are as close as I could get them to looking like it would on the actual sweatshirt. The sweatshirt is in Dusty Sage. Sweatshirts start at a $60 investment for S-XL, prices increase slightly for 2XL-4XL. Shipping and Tax are extra.

Inner peace. What does that feel like? Is it something you have experienced before? I have found that a lot of people have tremendous stress within their nervous system. Causing them to feel anxious and depressed. When we are stressed we are more susceptible to illness because our immune system is weakened which can cause chronic illness to flair. Reducing stress and knowing how to manage it are true keys to maintaining lasting inner peace. Our minds, our lives they are so busy. The news floods us with negative information, people fight politically, I feel when, when can the people get a rest. That’s where I come in. I am learning how to master the art of lasting inner peace. You see I cultivate a life where I find peace, joy and happiness in all that I do, despite outside circumstances.

The Laughter Patch Integrative Health and Energetic Healing has two new additions to the practice. A swing chime and an ocean drum. Both we worked with at the 4 day sound and vibrational training. I love these instruments. They are so beautiful and so relaxing to hear. Great at inducing the meditative state of consciousness which truly is healing. These are the instruments I played for the seniors on Wednesday.

I’m so excited to add tuning forks, singing bowls and Himalayan bowls too.

Life is so good! We have so much to be thankful for! We gotta have faith in the universe that we are exactly where we are supposed to be. Every step, right in front of the other. Life is built for us to find our happiness and if we are unhappy that’s a signal for us to change our surroundings. To find happiness and to find peace.

Today was a very special day for me. I graduated as a practitioner of sound therapies. So grateful. My dear soul sister Lydia was a facilitator for the training and it was truly beautiful to see her in teaching action. I also got to attend the training with the reiki master who attuned and mentored me in reiki. So special. I am truly honored to be able to practice this kind of healing work. It will be integrated into my healing practice. Thank you all so much for supporting my business whether you’re a client, someone who shares my posts or buys my merch, I truly from my entire heart am thankful. The Laughter Patch is growing because of you!

Had the best Reiki/coaching session this evening! My client struggles with anxiety and low self esteem. Today we worked on beliefs and learning about ancestral energy patterns and ancestral pain. She told me she felt this aweful feeling like being choked in her neck but she has never been choked before. So i tuned into the energy and felt it wasn’t from a previous life but was from her ancestors. Epigenetics at its finest. This ancestral trauma was stored in my clients body in her throat and was manifesting as anxiety in her. Together we worked to clear this energy. But what was really interesting was that the pain in her throat wasn’t her throat chakra but was actually in her solar plexus. I kept seeing orange when working on her so I used the color orange in her healing and spent a lot of time on her sacral chakra. This is a regular client and this time today after our session I noticed a massive shift in her energy. My client let go of a lot of stuff today. Generation’s of trauma and the energetic pattern shifted for good. And after we got done I pulled out my angel cards and when I opened the box the sacral chakra card fell right out and we both giggled. Then I put the card back in and shuffled the cards and what do you know, the sacral chakra card came out again. So in tune.

I love what I do. So much! This work is gonna change the entire planet. All humans healed, all humans with self love, all humans showing love and compassion to fellow humans, the planet and the animals too. I just keep envisioning a sanctuary on this planet. This work will make it happen. Peace on this Earth. I feel it!

The Laughter Patch Integrative Health and Energetic Healing is gearing up for fall and is taking pre-orders for crewneck sweatshirts, t-shirts and long sleeve shirts. The colors are so beautiful! The pictures don’t do justice but the crew is a dark forest like green (green is my favorite color) the t-shirt a really pretty blue green and the long sleeve a lighter but deeper blue which is so gorgeous!!!

There are also hats available that will say “The Laughter Patch”

The shirts and crew will have my business logo and I attached a picture of what it looks like on a shirt.

The lettering for the shirts is white.
