In rural Minnesota, saving lives takes teamwork. No single agency can do this work alone.

Yesterday, we were honored to celebrate a LifeSaving Award โ€“ Bar of Life ceremony, recognizing the incredible collaboration between LifeCare Medical Center, the City of Roseau Law Enforcement, the Roseau County Sheriffโ€™s Department, and the Roseau Fire Department. Through ongoing education, shared resources, and strong communication, these partnerships continue to strengthen emergency response across Roseau County.

A heartfelt thank you to Macayla Gust for speaking on behalf of the LifeCare Emergency Department and to every first responder and healthcare professional whose dedication and professionalism made this life-saving outcome possible.

Most importantly, we are so grateful that Hannah is okay. Her story is a powerful reminder of why this work matters.

The LifeCare Birthing Center is excited to announce the arrival of Roseau Countyโ€™s first baby of 2026! ๐Ÿงธ

Welcome to the world, Willow Aurora!

Born on Thursday, January 1st at 5:27 p.m., Willow weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces and measured 19.5 inches long, making her the first baby of the year born at LifeCare Birthing Center.

Proud parents Josephine and Keegan Hall of Roseau are overjoyed to welcome their sweet baby girl. Willow is not only their first child, but also the first grandchild on both sides of the family, making her arrival even more special.

The family is incredibly thankful for the compassionate care and support provided by the wonderful LifeCare Birthing Center team.
