๐Ÿ”นTwo doses of the MMR (Measles, Mumps & Rubella) vaccine are about 97% effective.
๐Ÿ”น One dose is about 93% effective.

Vaccination helps protect infants, older adults, and individuals with weakened immune systems.

The MMR vaccine is typically given in two doses โ€” and for most people, this provides lifetime protection.

This week the Roseau Mites will be joining the fight against cancer! Their upcoming jamboree is once again participating in the Mites Fight Series as a part of Minnesota Hockey Fights Cancer.

Half the proceeds raised from their fundraising efforts will go to the Roseau County Cancer Fund and the remaining half will come back to Roseau Youth Hockey.
