This EMS Week, we proudly recognize and thank the incredible team at LifeCare EMS for the care, professionalism, and dedication they provide to our communities every single day.

Serving communities across Northwest Minnesota in Roseau County, our EMS team responds to emergencies in all conditions — day or night, rain or snow — delivering critical care when seconds matter most. With ambulance stations in Roseau and Greenbush, we appreciate the compassion, quick thinking, and commitment that makes a difference in countless lives each year.

We are also grateful for the strong partnerships we share with local fire departments, law enforcement, dispatchers, first responders, and neighboring ambulance services, including Warroad Ambulance Service. Working together, these teams help ensure our communities continue receiving exceptional emergency care close to home.

The day we’ve been waiting for is finally here! ✨

After 2.5 years and 6 phases of construction — all while continuing to provide exceptional care for our residents — the completely renovated and expanded Roseau Manor is officially complete and fully open!

🔹Our front entrance is now open to visitors daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. For after-hours visits, a call button is located on the exterior wall and will be answered by staff.

This milestone would not have been possible without so many incredible people.

Thank you to our amazing staff for their flexibility, patience, and unwavering commitment to providing quality care throughout every phase of construction.

Thank you to our residents and families for your understanding and support through the dust, noise, and transitions along the way — all leading to this beautiful new space to call home.

Thank you to Comstock Construction for once again helping bring our vision to life and creating a facility our communities can be proud of.

The new Roseau Manor will continue serving Roseau County and beyond with enhanced living spaces, updated amenities, and now a fully secure memory care unit designed to provide comfort, safety, and compassionate care.

We are so excited to welcome everyone into this beautiful new chapter! 💙

Thank you, LifeCare Greenbush Manor residents, for welcoming the GMR 8th grade class to your homes and sharing stories. We learned so much!

Students enjoyed interviewing and taking their notes back to school to write "Where I'm From" poems about these wonderful people. John Deere tractors, '49 Fords, Studebakers, morning chores, baking, sewing, the Beatles... we loved getting to know more about your lives.

What an incredible Saturday for mental health awareness in our communities! 💚

Thank you to the nearly 200 participants and family who joined us for our annual May Walk/Run supporting mental health awareness. Seeing so many people come together to walk, run, bike, support, and encourage one another was truly inspiring. Every step taken helped shine a light on the importance of mental health and reminded others that they are never alone.

A huge thank you to our amazing LifeCare employee team who works so hard behind the scenes each year to organize this meaningful event. Your dedication, planning, and passion make this event possible and continue to make a difference in our communities.

We are also incredibly grateful for the many volunteers who gave their time and energy to help throughout the event. Your support helped make the day such a success.

It was more than a walk/run - it was communities coming together to support mental wellness, one step at a time. 💚

From scheduling appointments and sending reminders to helping with registration and providing delicious treats, so many people came together to make the day run smoothly. Because of your teamwork, generosity, and dedication, we had a completely full and highly successful blood drive!
