I see one crazy face treatment after another on social media. Just go to a dermatologist! Your Family doc can even get you started on treatment. Most of these “do it yourself” remedies do more harm than good and the cost adds up!

Big Changes Coming! While we will continue to have the same great staff, and the same great care, you'll soon see some changes. SRMC has been managing the practice for a number of years now. We welcomed Dr Woo in 2022. This year we will Welcome Dr. Saffee to the team! With the expanding number of physicians, we are changing the name to Sampson Medical Group of Roseboro. You'll also see some cosmetic upgrades to the inside of the clinic! With 4 doctors in the practice, we will have room for more new patients and better coverage for urgent sick visits!

When we talk about elevating your legs over your heart to reduce swelling this is what I am talking about. Your feet need to be above the level of your heart. Feet up in your recliner doesn’t count.

I’ve been a physician for 24 years and I’ve never seen Measles (or mumps) outside of a textbook. Thanks to the required childhood vaccines it’s been extremely rare. As we are seeing more and more vaccine hesitant families we are seeing pockets of Measles pop up all over the country. I hope you and I won’t be learning about this together! Let’s just get the kids vaccinated. Alrighty?! 😁- Dr. Amy
