💛⭐️Hello, I am thrilled to introduce myself. My name is Stacey Hernandez-Duarte. I am the area Marketer and Admissions for Heritage House in Rosebud, Texas, and also for Winnie L nursing and rehab in Cameron, Texas. In two months, I will be celebrating a remarkable milestone - one year of being part of these incredible facilities. I couldn’t be more proud to work for both of these facilities, where I have discovered my true purpose. I am blessed to have the best work family at both facilities, and I am constantly inspired by my administrators’ exceptional leadership.

As I reflect on my journey, I am reminded of my 27-year career in healthcare, which has been a testament to my passion for serving others. I began as a medical assistant at internal medicine, then transitioned into insurance billing, and eventually found my calling in case management. I have had the privilege of working in various fields, including plastic and cosmetic surgery, pediatric surgical care, home health, business development, and hospice.

Throughout my career, I have been driven by my passion for working with patients and families, and I am humbled by the trust they have placed in me. On a personal note, I am married, blessed with three wonderful sons a beautiful daughter-in-law, and three beautiful granddaughters who bring immense joy to my life. In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, spending quality time with my loved ones, traveling, dancing, and savoring the beauty of music.

I am excited to share that I have found my true calling in Marketing and Admissions, and I am eager to continue making a positive impact in the lives of those I serve.
