Pour about 200 mL Fairlife milk into your Ninja Creami container. Add 1 scoop Earth Fed Muscle Cookies & Cream protein and a small amount of sugar-free vanilla Jell-O pudding mix (seriously, just a little). Stir it up and freeze for 6โ€“12 hours.

Once itโ€™s frozen, run it on Ice Cream. Add a small splash of milk and hit Re-Spin to make it extra creamy.

I donโ€™t mix the cookies in I just crumble Newman-Oโ€™s on top so they stay chunky. I also think they taste better and are cleaner than regular Oreos.
