When people ask why we started Revive Infusions and Wellness, the story always begins with Chenelle McCaskill, PA-C ✨

As a Douglas County native and a provider with over 20 years of experience, Chenelle saw the same frustrations time and time again. Patients felt rushed, stuck in short appointments, handed prescriptions, and left feeling like their concerns were never fully understood. So many were dealing with fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, hormone imbalances, and chronic illness… only to be told it was just part of getting older. She knew there had to be a better way.

As metabolic dysfunction and chronic illness continued to rise, especially after the pandemic, it became even more clear that people were looking for something different… something that actually worked.

REVIVE was built on the belief that the body is meant to heal when given the right support. Our goal is to provide thoughtful, modern care that looks at the root cause—not just managing symptoms 🫶🏼
