We are excited to introduce Kindall Baker, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 18 years of experience in the mental health field. She brings expertise in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, LGBTQ+ issues, and more.

Her approach is grounded in respect, empowerment, and evidence-based practices including EMDR, CBT, PE, and CPT. She’s passionate about helping clients build confidence, resilience, and hope.

Who loves getting a massage?! Apparently everyone! We are overwhelmed with the demand for massage therapy at Better Life and are desperately seeking a full-time or part-time LMT to join our team. We have had the privilege of having Dr. Naugle’s daughter Emma working as a Chiropractic Assistant since she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Linfield University in May of this year. It’s bittersweet to announce that our time with her hands on talents will be coming to an end next Tuesday. Emma has been accepted into the Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine Program at University of Western States in Portland. Her studies begin in October so if you have the pleasure of having Emma work on you before she leaves please wish her well in her future endeavors. Who knows…. Maybe we will luck out and someday father and daughter will team up again as Doctor and Doctor!!!

Meet Jen! Jen is our Office Manager and Billing Specialist, but if I’m being honest…quite simply, she can do it all. Jen began her career as a Chiropractic Assistant at a clinic in Medford before taking the Front Desk position at Better life in 2021. Due to her hard work, dedication, and ambition, she was promoted to Office Manager in June 2023. Jen still maintains her Chiropractic Assistant license and it’s common to see her filling in at the front desk from time to time. There’s no one quite like Jen and Better life is so lucky to have her.

Meet Mackenzie! Mackenzie is our front office receptionist. She has her hands full managing the schedules of 3 Doctors and 6 Massage Therapists, but she makes it look like a piece of cake. Her hard work, dedication, and attention to detail is a big reason why Better Life is a success!

Meet Heather and Ashley! Heather and Ashley are our Certified Chiropractic Assistants. CA’s are responsible for bringing patients back to their treatment room, assessing vitals, and applying heat and/or performing muscle work prior to an adjustment. They are also responsible for cleaning rooms, charting notes, and keeping the doctors on schedule. In a nutshell, their role is vital to running an efficient clinic and we have two of the best in the business here at Better Life!
