Good morning.
Although it is winter time in the US and flu and cold season is upon us, flu and colds happen alloever the world. I know duh right? A remedy I like for a really hard cough is ginger root and honey. A slice of ginger in a hot cup of water with some honey goes a long way. Let the ginger steep for 15 minutes in the covered cup, remove it and then add honey.
Another cough remedy starts by adding onion to a jar of honey. Combine the two in a jar and put it on the back of the stove for a couple of weeks before using it. Then anytime you have a cough you can just eat a teaspoon of it out of the jar.
