How would you like to live?

Say you see someone you love – the brain chemistry includes wonderful things like dopamine, a pleasure chemical, or vasopressin, which makes you feel attractive, plus growth hormones. When people fall in love they feel happier, more beautiful, full of life, because of what the brain releases. Whereas if a person sees something that scares them, the brain releases stress hormones and inflammatory agents. Those make the cells stop growing and eventually die.

It’s mind-body. Epigenetics doesn’t change the genetic code, it changes how that’s read. Perfectly normal genes can result in cancer or death. Vice-versa, in the right environment, mutant genes won’t be expressed. Genes are equivalent to blueprints, epigenetics is the contractor. They change the assembly, the structure.

Beautiful Oregon!

I made my way out to Multnomah Falls this morning. I was interested in seeing how much ice would be created during one night with a low of 22 degrees.

Usually, we get these low temperatures in the Columbia River Gorge when there is an ice storm or some snow blowing through. This time the precipitation was gone before the cold air arrived. This meant easy, safe driving on dry roads.

While I have seen more ice on the falls before, I was impressed with how much ice was created over one night.

Dr Emoto has been freezing water for decades with a word written on the microscope slide. If the word was negative, the water would not form into a frozen water crystal. If the word was positive, the water on the microscope slide would form into a beautiful crystal. As unbelievable as it sounds, words have meaning, meanings have vibration, water responds to vibration and becomes unhealthy or healthy.
